📊 How can I access the insights page for my survey?

Accessing the insights page is simple:

Open Survey Product from the Lucidya side menu → select your survey (must be active or archived) → and either click on it directly or click the Insights icon.

⚙️ What actions can I take for my surveys?

This depends on your survey status:

  • For Draft Status: You can Edit, Duplicate, or Delete.

  • For Active Status: You can Edit, View Insights, Share, Duplicate, Export as Excel, Archive or Delete.

  • For Archive Status: You can View Insights, Duplicate, Export as Excel, or Delete.

🔍 How can I search or filter my surveys list?

  • You can search for any survey by using the 🔍 Search by survey name feature in the surveys list page.

  • You can also filter surveys by:

    • Survey Type

      • ✅ Link/ QR Code

      • ✅ Embedded on Website

    • Survey Status

      • ✅ Draft

      • ✅ Active

      • ✅ Archive

⚠️ What happens when I delete a question from my published (active) survey?

Please note that when you delete a question from a published survey, it will no longer appear in the insights page. To avoid losing valuable data, ensure you add all necessary questions before publishing your survey to your audience.

🇸🇦 Can I create surveys in Arabic Language?

📤 Can I export my survey insights data?

Yes, you can export all insights data as an Excel, PDF, or PNG file. You'll receive the exported file in your email.

🌐 Can I add my custom domain for Link/ QR code surveys?

Yes, you can add your custom domain to allow your audience to access the survey URL through your company domain. This builds trust with your respondents.

To do this, navigate to ⚙️ General Settings → Click on 🏢 Company → then 🌐 Add Domain.

🔁 Can I enable "Multiple responses per device" for Link/QR Code surveys?

Yes, this feature is available for Link/QR code survey types. It allows your audience to submit the survey multiple times by displaying an option to resubmit on the same device.

📣 How do I share my survey with my audience?

Depending on your survey type, you have multiple sharing options:

  • For Link/QR Code surveys: Copy the survey link and share it via email, social media, or SMS, or generate a QR code for offline distribution.

  • For Embedded surveys: Copy the embed code and add it to your website or application.

👀 Can I preview my survey before publishing?

Yes, you can preview your survey at any time during creation or editing. Click the 👁️ Preview button to see exactly how your survey will appear to respondents before making it live.

✅ How do I make questions required or optional?

When creating or editing questions, you'll see a toggle option for each question that allows you to mark it as Required or Optional. Required questions must be answered before respondents can submit the survey.

💰 How many surveys can I create with Lucidya Survey?

The number of surveys you can create depends on your subscription plan. Lucidya offers flexible plans to accommodate different business needs, from small teams to large enterprises.

For specific details about survey limits on your current plan, please contact your account manager or check your subscription details in the settings.

🚫 Can I recover a deleted survey?

No, once a survey is deleted in Lucidya, it cannot be recovered. All survey data, responses, and insights associated with the deleted survey are permanently removed from the system.

To avoid accidental data loss, we recommend:

  • Export your data first: Before deleting any survey, export all insights data as Excel, PDF, or PNG files for your records.

  • Consider archiving instead: If you no longer need an active survey but want to preserve the data, use the Archive option instead of Delete. Archived surveys allow you to view insights, duplicate, and export data.

  • Use duplicate feature: If you need to create a similar survey, duplicate the existing one before making changes.

If you accidentally delete a survey and need assistance, contact your Lucidya account manager immediately to explore possible recovery options.

🔒 Can respondents answer surveys anonymously?

Yes, respondents can submit surveys anonymously. For Link/QR Code surveys, no personal information is required unless you specifically add questions asking for it. For Embedded surveys, you control what data is collected through your survey design.

This encourages honest feedback, especially for sensitive topics like employee satisfaction or customer complaints.

🔀 Can I create conditional logic or branching in my surveys?

Yes! Lucidya Survey supports conditional paths (also called skip logic or branching). This allows you to show or hide sections based on previous answers, creating a personalized survey experience for each respondent depending on his answers.

For example, if someone answers "No" to "Have you used our product?", you can skip product-specific section.

✏️ Can I edit a survey after it's been published?

Yes, you can edit Active surveys, but be careful:

  • You can modify survey settings, branding, and triggers.

  • You can add new questions.

  • However, deleting questions from an active survey will remove them from insights, potentially losing valuable data.

  • Changes apply immediately to new respondents.

Best practice: Thoroughly review your survey in preview mode before publishing to minimize the need for changes.

⏸️ Can I pause or temporarily close my survey?

Yes, you can Archive your survey to temporarily close it without deleting any data. Archived surveys:

  • Stop accepting new responses

  • Preserve all existing response data

  • Allow you to view insights and export data

  • Can be duplicated to create new surveys

When you're ready to collect responses again, you can duplicate the archived survey and activate it.

🔔 Will I be notified when someone completes my survey?

Notification settings can be configured based on your preferences. You can check your survey insights in real-time to monitor responses as they come in. For specific notification setup, please check your account notification settings or contact your account manager.
