To create an Arabic Survey:
Click "+ New Survey" to start creating a new survey.
Select the survey type (Link/QR Code or Embedded Survey).

Configure the text alignment:
Survey Header Alignment (๐บ๐ธ Left Align - ๐ธ๐ฆ Right Align).
