⁉️ FAQs

🌐 Can I have both English and Arabic questions in one survey?

Yes, you can include both languages in a single survey. However, you will need to choose one alignment direction (LTR or RTL) for the entire survey. Consider using bilingual text within each question if you need both languages to appear.

Additional Tip
The text fields alignment will display based on your default browser language. If it's Arabic, the text fields (your answers) will align as RTL, and if it's English, the alignment will be LTR.

🇸🇦 How do I change the direction of an existing survey?

You can change the alignment of an existing survey by editing each section and changing its alignment settings. Click the ... menu for each section and select either "RTL Position" (for 🇸🇦 Arabic) or "LTR Position" (for 🇺🇸 English).

📊 Will the survey responses be affected by language settings?

No, the language and alignment settings only affect how the survey appears to respondents. Data collection works the same regardless of the language used.

🔡 Can I translate my survey automatically?

Currently, there is no automatic translation feature. You'll need to manually create your survey content in the desired language(s).

🇸🇦 Do I need to change any other settings for Arabic surveys?

The main setting is the RTL alignment. Make sure both the survey header and all sections are set to right alignment for the best Arabic language experience.
