  • ⭐ Net Promoter Score (NPS®): Lucidya calculates NPS by subtracting the percentage of Detractors from the percentage of Promoters: NPS = % Promoters - % Detractors.

  • 😊 Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT®): This represents the average satisfaction rating across all CSAT questions. We calculate this score (%) by dividing the sum of positive ratings by the total number of responses, then multiplying by 100.

  • 🏙️ Cities Circle Chart: This provides the number of responses distributed across cities where submissions originated. Note: The sum of all cities may be less than the total number of responses, as not all responses can be tagged with a specific city.

  • 🌎 Countries Circle Chart: This displays the distribution of responses across different countries where submissions originated. Note: The total number of country-tagged responses may be less than the overall response count, as some submissions cannot be associated with a specific country.
