📊 Completion Rate Per Question

✨ Tip

This is a column chart that displays the completion rate (%) for each question in your survey and includes all question types.

How it works:

It's calculated by dividing the number of people who completed each question by the total number of visitors (including those who didn't answer), then multiplying by 100. This visualization helps you identify which questions have higher or lower completion rates.

Associated Topics Section

🏷️ Themes & Categories

✨ Tip

This column chart only displays data when your survey contains free text question types that have been answered by respondents. You can add your customized themes in the Themes section: https://cxm.lucidya.com/themes

How it works:

This graph analyzes free text responses and categorizes them into key themes (🟩 Compliment, 🟥 Complaint, 🟨 Other) in a column chart format. It helps you identify common topics and concerns without reading through each individual response. The themes are configurable to match your preferences and can be added under "Themes" from Lucidya Settings, allowing you to understand what matters most to your audience efficiently.

📈 Themes & Categories Trend

⭐ Net Promoter Score (NPS®)

✨ Tip

This circular chart will only display data when your survey includes one Net Promoter Score (NPS®) question type that has been answered by respondents.

How it works:

Net Promoter Score (NPS®) measures customer loyalty by asking: "How likely are you to recommend our product/service to others?" on a scale of 0-10.

Respondents fall into three categories:

  • 🟩 Promoters (9-10): Loyal enthusiasts likely to recommend your product.

  • 🟨 Passives (7-8): Satisfied but unenthusiastic customers.

  • 🟥 Detractors (0-6): Unhappy customers who may spread negative word-of-mouth.

Lucidya calculates NPS by subtracting the percentage of Detractors from the percentage of Promoters: NPS = % Promoters - % Detractors

Net Promoter Score (NPS®) Graph

✨ Tip

This circular chart will only display data when your survey includes one Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT®) question type on your survey and it has been answered by your audience.

How it works:

This score represents the average customer satisfaction rating across all CSAT questions in this survey. We calculate the CSAT Score (%) by dividing the sum of all positive ratings by the total number of responses, then multiplying by 100.
