Survey Statistics in Lucidya

After launching and publishing a survey, Lucidya provides an advanced analytical tool to display its statistics. You can access the Insights Page by clicking on the "Insights" icon on the survey card in the Surveys Page. This will take you directly to the Survey Insights Page, where a comprehensive set of statistics and reports is available.


What Will You Find on the Survey Insights Page?

Overview

The overview includes general information about the survey’s performance, such as:

  • Total number of responses.

  • Total number of views.

  • Sentiment rate.

  • Completion rate.

  • Average time to complete the survey.


Metrics

This section provides a detailed analysis of various aspects of the survey, including:

  • Completion rate per question.

  • Sentiment analysis of responses.

  • Dialects and sub-dialects.

  • Associated Topics, Themes and Themes Trend.

  • Net Promoter Score (®NPS).


Response Details

This includes detailed participant information, such as:

  • Cities and countries.

  • Browsers used to access the survey.


Question Statistics

This section provides a summary for each question, including:

  • Response counts.

  • Detailed individual responses.
