  • Content & Configs Bar (Left Section):

    • Configs Tab: Customize your branding with options for logo, fonts, colors, themes, and languages.

  • Builder (Center Section): Manage your survey by adding content for each question, including Question Title, Description, and answer choices. This area also lets you create conditional paths within your survey.

  • Number Questions: Fields designed specifically for numerical input.

  • Free Text Response Questions: Open-ended fields for detailed, unstructured answers.

  • Net Promoter Score (NPS®): Standardized metric to gauge customer loyalty and satisfaction.

  • Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT®): This represents the average satisfaction rating across all CSAT questions. We calculate this score (%) by dividing the sum of positive ratings by the total number of responses, then multiplying by 100.
