Accounts Lists
Accounts lists are a powerful tool offered by Lucidya to simplify account management. These lists help you organize and analyze the accounts you want to track on Platform X, allowing you to focus on the most important accounts and make smarter decisions based on accurate analytics. For example, you can create lists for influencers, public figures, competitors, or key clients.
What Are Accounts Lists?
Accounts lists are a feature that simplifies organizing and managing important accounts within dedicated lists. These lists help filter data based on the accounts included, providing a clear view of relevant insights.
Steps to Create a New Accounts List
1. Access the Accounts Lists Tool
From the "Utilities" menu, select "Accounts Lists."
Click on "New List" at the top of the screen.
A new page will appear where you can enter the list details.
2. Enter List Details
Fill in the "Name" and "Description" fields.
3. Add Accounts to the List
You can add Platform X accounts to the list using two methods:
Manual Addition
Enter account names manually, separating each name with a comma (,) without spaces.
The maximum number of accounts in a single list is 200 accounts.
Using Import Option
Click the "Import" button to upload an Excel file containing account names.
The file supports up to 200 accounts, and duplicate entries will be automatically ignored.
4. Save the List
After entering the details and adding accounts, click on "Create List."
Note: The maximum number of lists you can create is 100 lists.
Adding Accounts from the Monitors
You can also add accounts directly from the monitors:
Under the "Content/Posts" tab, click on the "Manage Lists" icon next to any post.
A pop-up window will appear showing your previously created lists.
Select the appropriate list to add the account or create a new list if needed.
Managing and Editing Account Lists
You can easily manage your lists using the three-dot menu next to each list:
Edit List: Modify the list name, description, or add/remove accounts.
Duplicate List: Create a copy of an existing list.
Delete List: Permanently remove the list if no longer needed.
How to Use Accounts Lists for Data Analysis
Accounts lists help refine and analyze data more effectively when using the Monitors by utilizing Filters:
Filter results using accounts lists: Display only data related to specific accounts.
Exclude certain lists: Remove irrelevant results from your analysis.
Note: You cannot use both account list filtering and user filtering simultaneously. One option must be disabled before enabling the other.
