How to Create Alerts in Lucidya?

Lucidya’s alerts enables you to stay informed about critical updates in real-time. Follow these steps to create a new alert:


1. Navigate to the Alerts Section

  1. Go to Utilities from the top navigation bar.

  2. Select Alerts.


2. Create a New Alert

  1. Click on "+ New Alert".

  2. A pop-up window will appear, to enter essential alert settings:
    A. Alert Name

    • Enter a unique and recognizable name for your alert.

  3. B. Choose the Product

    • Select the product you want to monitor:

      • Social Listening

      • Omnichannel

      • Surveys

      • Omniserve

  4. C. Select the Data Source

    • Choose the platform you want to track:

      • X Platform

      • Facebook

      • Instagram

      • News & Blogs

  5. D. Select the Alert Type

    • Pick the type of alert you want to receive. The available options vary depending on the product selected.

  6. E. Alert Frequency

    • Choose how often you want to receive alerts:

      • Instant Alerts: Notifications are sent immediately when an update occurs.

      • Scheduled Alerts: Set up alerts to be sent every hour or at custom time intervals.

  7. F. Alert Source

    • Based on the selected product, the system will display relevant source options.


3. Configure Alert Notifications

  • Email Notifications:

    • Enter the email addresses of the recipients who will receive the alerts.

    • Note: Only registered users in Lucidya can receive email alerts.

  • Set Maximum Messages Per Hour:

    • By default, up to 10 email alerts per hour are sent.

    • You can adjust this limit by entering a custom value.


4. Save & Manage Alerts

  • Click "Create" to finalize the alert setup.

  • You can edit or delete alerts anytime, providing full flexibility in managing your notifications.
