How to Create a Scheduled Report?

Follow these steps to create a new scheduled report:

  1. Click on the "+ New Report" button.

  2. Step 1: Report Information

    • Enter the "Report Name."

    • Select the product: "Social Listening" or "Omnichannel"

    • Click "Next."

  3. Step 2: Report Settings
    If you selected "Social Listening":

    • Choose the monitor type (Keywords, Public Accounts, or Managed Accounts).

    • For Keyword Monitor: Select the report type ("Monitor Reports" or "Newsletter Reports").

    • For Public Account Monitor: Choose the data source (X Platform, Facebook, or Instagram) and the relevant monitor.

      • Note: You can select only one monitor as the data source.

    • For Managed Account Monitor: Choose the data source (X Platform, Facebook, or Instagram) and the relevant monitor.

      • Note: You can select only one monitor as the data source.

    • Click "Next."

  4. If you selected "Omni Channels":

    • Choose the channel type (Social Media, Chats, Email, Reviews, or Calls).

    • For Social Media Channels: Select the channel, the included data, and the account.

      • Note: You can select multiple accounts.

    • For Other Channels: Select the channel and the account.

      • Note: You can select multiple accounts.

    • Click "Next."

  5. Step 3: Report Delivery

    • Delivery Requirements: Enter the recipient's email and select the report language (Arabic or English).

    • Scheduling: Choose how often you want to receive the report (daily, weekly, monthly), then set the start date and time.

    • Report Branding:

      • Choose between the default branding (Lucidya’s brand colors) or your custom brand colors.

      • Note: If using custom brand colors, set them up beforehand in the "Company Information" section under settings.

    • Lucy in Reports: Enable this feature to receive a summarized analysis of key insights in your report, along with valuable recommendations to enhance decision-making.

    • Click "Create Report."
