Lucidya’s scheduled reports feature allows you to automate report generation and receive insights at set intervals, enabling you to track and analyze data efficiently.
Steps to Create a New Scheduled Report
1. Start Creating the Report
Go to Utilities from the top navigation bar and select Reports.
Click on the "+ New Report" button.
Enter the report name.
Choose the relevant product:
Social Listening
Omnichannel
2. Configure the Report Settings
🔹 If you selected "Social Listening":
Choose the monitor type:
Keyword Monitor
Public Accounts Monitor
Managed Accounts Monitor
For Keyword Monitor:
Select the report type:
Monitor
Newsletter Reports
For Public Account Monitor:
Select the data source (X Platform, Facebook, or Instagram).
Choose the monitor associated with the selected data source.
⚠ Note: Only one monitor can be selected as a data source.
For Managed Accounts Monitor:
Select the data source (X Platform, Facebook, or Instagram).
Choose the monitor linked to the selected platform.
⚠ Note: Only one monitoring screen can be selected as a data source.
Click Next to proceed.
🔹 If you selected "Omnichannel":
Choose the channel type:
Social Media
Chats
Emails
Reviews
Calls
For Social Media Channels:
Select the social media channel and the data to include.
Choose the account(s) to be monitored.
⚠ Note: You can select multiple accounts.
For Other Channel Types (Chats, Emails, Reviews, Calls):
Select the channel and the associated account(s).
⚠ Note: You can select multiple accounts.
Click Next to proceed.
3. Define Report Delivery Settings
Delivery Preferences:
Enter the email address of the recipient.
Choose the report language (Arabic or English).
Scheduling Options:
Select how frequently you want to receive the report (daily, weekly, monthly).
Set the start date and time for the report.
Report Branding:
Choose between:
Default theme (Lucidya’s branding colors).
Custom theme (your company’s branding colors).
⚠ Note: If you choose custom branding, make sure it is pre-configured under Company Information in the settings.
Luci in Reports:
Enable this feature to receive a summary of key findings and actionable recommendations within your report.
Click Create Report to finalize the process.
