The Instant Reports Export feature in Lucidya allows you to quickly generate comprehensive reports for monitors (such as the account section, engagement section, or customer service section within a monitor) or to track the performance of unified channels (different accounts within the channel).
Follow these steps to export an instant report:
1. Select the Date Range
Define the time period for the report.
Optionally, use the Filters option to narrow the data based on specific criteria, if available.
2. Initiate the Export
Click the Export icon located at the top left of the screen.
A pop-up for Export Options will appear.
3. Configure Export Options
Report Format: Choose either PowerPoint or Excel.
Report Language: Select either Arabic or English.
4. Export the Report
Click the Export button.
The report will be prepared and sent directly to your email.
