🧲 Accessing Activity Logs


To access the activity logs page:

  1. Log in to your Lucidya account. You must have Manager permission for the General Settings module.

  2. Click the "⚙️ Settings" icon at the bottom of the left sidebar.

  3. Click "Users" under the "General" section in the settings page.

  4. Click on the "Activity Log" tab under the users page.

⏳ Filtering User Activity History

Lucidya allows admin users to filter activity history to see what's happening in the account using the following filters:

  1. Filter by custom date

  2. Filter by features/products

  3. Filter by users

📅 Use Custom Date

Use the date filter to view activity history for a specific time period. You can select custom dates (from–to), yesterday, or today.

To use this filter, click the "Filters" button. You can filter by:

  • Product/Feature: Select specific products like Survey, Profiles, Social Listening, and others.

  • Users: Select specific users who have access to the system.

Note: You can filter by both criteria simultaneously and combine them with a custom date filter.

⁉️ FAQs


ℹ️ What information is displayed in the Activity Log?

The Activity Log shows detailed information about user actions in your Lucidya account—including which features or products were accessed, what changes were made (create, edit, delete, and login), who performed the action, and when it occurred.

📅 How far back can I view activity history?

You can view activity history based on the custom date range you select in the date filter. Simply choose your desired "from" and "to" dates to see historical activity within that timeframe.

📤 Can I export the Activity Log data?

Not yet, but you can access the activity log feature anytime in your account and apply custom filters.

👤 Who can access the Activity Log?

Only users with Manager permission for the General Settings module can access the Activity Log. This ensures that sensitive activity information is only available to authorized administrators.

⛔ Can I see activities from deleted users?

Yes, activities performed by users who have been removed from the system will still appear in the Activity Log with their user information, ensuring complete audit trail integrity.
