What is the purpose of the User Activity Log?

The User Activity Log gives company admins a complete chronological record of all actions performed by users across the platform, including product usage, settings changes, and account events.

How do I access the Activity Log?

Go to Settings in the left sidebar, select Users under the General section, then click the Activity Log tab at the top of the page.

What information does each log entry show?

Each entry displays the user's name, the action they performed, the product or section it relates to, and a timestamp. Entries are listed from most recent to oldest.

Can I filter the log to view a specific user's or product's actions?

Yes, click the Filters button at the top right of the log to open a side panel where you can filter by product, user, or date. Click Apply to activate the filters or Clear to reset them.

What types of actions does the system log?

The system logs Create, Edit, Delete, Pause/Resume, Export, Enable/Disable, Connect/Disconnect, and successful Login events across all products and sections.

Does the Activity Log cover all Lucidya products?
