User Activity Log

Learn how to use Lucidya's User Activity Log to track and audit user actions across your organization — including logins, edits, deletions, and other key events in real time.

What Is the User Activity Log?

The User Activity Log gives admins a complete, chronological record of actions performed by all users across the platform.

Accessing the Activity Log

  1. Go to Settings in the left sidebar.

  2. Select Users under the General section.

  3. Click the Activity Log tab at the top of the page.

Tip: The Activity Log tab sits next to the Users List tab. Make sure you select the correct tab.

Reading the Log

Each entry in the log follows a clear format:

Actions are listed from most recent to oldest.

Filtering the Log

  1. Click the Filters button (top right of the log).

  2. A side panel opens with two dropdowns: Features / Products and Users.

  3. Select a product (e.g. Social Listening) and/or a specific user.

  4. Click Apply to filter. Click Clear to reset.

You can also filter by date using the date picker (defaults to Today).

What Actions Are Logged?

The following action types are recorded across all products and sections:

Removal of an item

Pause / Resume

Temporarily stopping or restarting a resource

Export

Downloading reports or data

Enable / Disable

Turning features or widgets on or off

Connecting or disconnecting account integrations

Successful user login events
