There are two main ways to Request Historical Data:
Method 1: Through Settings
Navigate to the Settings menu.
Find and click on the Historical Data Request option.
Method 2: Through Social Listening
Go to Monitors in the Social Listening product.
Click the three-dot menu next to the desired monitor and select Historical Data Request.
Requesting Historical Data
After choosing either method, a pop-up window titled Request Historical Data will appear. Follow these steps to submit your request:
Step 1: Choose the Data Range
Select the product: Social Listening or OmniChannel.
Choose the data source or channel.
Select the monitor or account for which you need historical data.
Define the date range by setting the start and end times.
Click Next Step.
Step 2: Specify the Request Details
Enter the maximum number of posts to be consumed for this request.
Note: Your remaining posts will be displayed.
Click Request button.
Once the process is complete, you will receive an email notification confirming the data retrieval.
By following these steps, you can easily access and analyze the historical data you need to support your strategies and make informed, data-driven decisions.
