How to Analyze a Single Post and Export Its Data

In the Social Listening product, single posts can be monitored and thoroughly analyzed, enabling a precise understanding of post performance. Follow these steps for a comprehensive post analysis:


Steps to Analyze a Post:

  1. Access the Monitor:
    Navigate to the desired monitor and locate the Posts section under the Content heading where all posts are displayed.

  2. Select Post Analysis:
    Click on the Post Analysis icon within the post you wish to analyze.

  3. Input Details:
    A pop-up window will appear requesting additional details:

    • Number of Posts: Specify how many posts you want to be consumed as part of a historical data request.

    • Time Range: Define the time period for analyzing the post.
      Then, click Request to proceed.

  4. Receive the Report:
    A detailed report will be sent to your email, including the following insights:

    • Interactions: Total engagements with the post.

    • Expected Reach: The estimated number of people who saw the post.

    • Expected Engagement: Predicted interaction levels based on content.

    • Response Timeline: Timing of replies to the post.

    • Total Interactors: Number of individuals who engaged with the post.

    • Verified Interactors: Count and percentage of verified accounts among interactors.

    • Top Interactors: List of the most engaged individuals.

    • Comment Sentiment Analysis: Emotional breakdown of comments (positive, negative, neutral).

    • Dialects and Sub-dialects: Types of dialects used in comments.

    • Geographic Data: Interaction distribution by country and city.

    • Gender and Account Type: Engagement distribution by gender and type (personal or institutional accounts).

    • Sentiment Over Time: Changes in sentiment during the timeframe.

    • Comments and Replies: A detailed overview of the comments and responses.


This process ensures you gain actionable insights from the post data, empowering you to refine your strategies and make data-informed decisions.
