What is Engagement Analytics?

The Engagement Analytics section is designed to track and analyze posts related to accounts and authours (via "Public Account Monitor") as well as posts containing specific keywords and accounts (via "Keyword Monitor").

This section offers various features to help users extract the desired insights by applying date ranges, and filters, and exporting reports in PowerPoint or Excel formats.


Key Metrics in Engagement Analytics

The Engagement Analytics section provides several indicators that offer a comprehensive view of audience and engagement data over the selected date range. Below are the primary indicators:


1. Number of Posts

  • A graph showing the total number of posts and their daily distribution.

  • Users can adjust the grouping by day, week, month, or year and click to view data details.


2. Engagement with Posts

  • This graph displays the percentage and number of interactions (replies, reposts, and likes) on tweets during the selected date range.


3. Sentiment Analysis

  • A graph showing the sentiment breakdown (positive, negative, neutral) over the selected period.

  • Users can group data by day, week, month, or year and click to view detailed sentiment data.


4. Reach Type

  • Displays the data for authors, potential reach, and potential impression for original and reposts:

    • Authors: Individuals who posted or reposted tweets.

    • Potential Reach: The estimated number of people who viewed the tweets.

    • Potential Impression: The estimated number of interactions on the tweets.


5. Post Content Style

A graph categorizing followers' responses into:

  • News

  • Original

  • Spam

  • Verses


6. Posts Associated topics

  • A graph distributing tweets into ten main categories based on comments or mentions:

    • Politics

    • Technology

    • Food & Beverages

    • Finance & Business

    • Entertainment

    • Health & Beauty

    • Shopping & Fashion

    • Others

Note: A post may belong to multiple categories, so the total number of posts in the categories may exceed the total during the selected date range.


7. Posts Top Keywords

  • Displays the top 10 keywords appearing in posts, ranked by frequency.


8. Posts Top Hashtags

  • Shows the top 10 hashtags appearing in posts, ranked by frequency.


9. Top Images

  • Highlights the most interacted images in tweets related to the account or keywords.


10. Top Videos

  • Displays the most interacted videos related to the account or keywords.


11. Top Posts

  • A list of the top six tweets with the highest interaction rates.


12. Top Languages

  • A graph showing the language distribution of followers based on their interactions with the account or keywords.


13. Dialects and Sub-Dialects

  • A chart showing the distribution of Arabic dialects and sub-dialects in comments with high accuracy using AI.


14. Top Countries

  • A graph displaying the distribution of countries for followers interacting with tweets from the account or keywords.


15. Top Cities

  • A graph showing the distribution of cities for followers interacting with tweets from the account or keywords.


16. Gender

  • Displays the gender distribution of interactors based on tweets from the account or collected keywords.

  • Gender is identified using AI with high accuracy.


17. Account Types

  • Shows the distribution of account types posting tweets:

    • Company/Organization: Official company or organization accounts.

    • Recognized Individual: Accounts of public figures using real names and photos.

    • Anonymous: Accounts with unclear identity or no real names/photos.

Note: Account types are determined using AI.


18. Top Engagers

  • A list of the most active authors ranked by the number of posts, including tweets, replies, mentions, or reposts.


19. Top Sources

  • A chart displaying the sources used for posting tweets (device, app, or service), such as Twitter (iPhone, Android) or web browsers.


20. Top Verified Engagers

  • A list of the top 10 verified interactors ranked by influence, based on their number of followers and activity.


21. Top Influencers

  • A list of the top 10 interactors ranked by influence, based on their follower count and post activity.
