How to request historical data?
To set a request for historical data please do the following:
Choose Settings from the top bar.
Select the historical data option from the list.
Click on the new historical request option.
Specify the name of the platform, then the data source/channel, then the monitor and then add the time period to request historical data.
You will be asked to select the maximum number of posts you want to consume for this historical request.
Lastly click on the request.
🔷 An email will be sent when the historical is performed successfully.
