⁉️ FAQs

💬 Do we collect comments and comment replies?

No, but this feature will be supported soon.

🖥️ Can I monitor multiple YouTube channels in one Public Account Monitor?

No, each Public Account Monitor is designed to track one YouTube channel at a time. To monitor multiple channels, you'll need to create separate monitors for each channel.

🔂 Can I access YouTube historical data from more than 30 days ago?

No, historical data access is limited to up to 30 days. Any content older than 30 days cannot be retrieved when setting up a new monitor.

⏱️ Why don't engagement metrics update in real-time?

Engagement metrics (views, likes, comments) are captured only at the time of data insertion and are not refreshed afterward. This means the metrics reflect the engagement status at the moment the content was collected.

⚙️ What operators can I use in Keyword Search?

You can use OR (to match any keyword), AND (to match all keywords), NOT (to exclude keywords), parentheses () for grouping, quotes "" for exact phrases, and caret ^ for keyword priority. The maximum is 30 words.

👤 How do I find the username for a YouTube channel?

The username is typically found in the channel's URL. For example, in youtube.com/@channelname, the username is "channelname". You can also find it on the channel's About page.

⚙️ Can I edit my monitor settings after creation?

Yes, you can edit most monitor settings including keywords, spam keywords, and languages. However, changing the monitored YouTube channel requires creating a new Public Account Monitor.

🔍 What happens if my keyword search returns too many results?

You can refine your search by adding spam keywords to filter out unwanted content, using more specific keyword combinations, or limiting the languages to reduce the volume of results.
