The Surveys feature allows you to collect feedback from your audience through customizable surveys. You can share them via a link, QR code, or embed them directly on your website.
Accessing Surveys
Log in to your Lucidya account.
Click the Survey icon from the main navigation bar.
The Surveys Dashboard
The main Surveys page displays all your surveys as cards. Each card shows:
Survey name and status (Active, Draft, Archived)
Publish Date — when the survey was published.
Number of Views — how many times the survey was viewed.
Number of Responses — how many responses were received.
Completion Rate — percentage of users who completed the survey.
Filtering Surveys
Use the filters at the top to narrow down the list:
Type — Filter by: Link, Embedded.
Status — Filter by: Active, Draft, Archived.
Creating a Survey
Click + Create Survey.
Select the survey type:
Link / QR Code — Share a link or QR code with your audience.
Embed On Website — Embed the survey across all pages or specific pages of your website.
In the Create Survey dialog, enter a Survey Name and click Create.
Building the Survey
Once created, the survey editor opens with three panels:
Content (left) — Add and manage questions and sections.
Preview (center) — Live preview of how the survey looks.
Question / Settings (right) — Configure individual questions or survey-wide settings.
Adding Questions
Click + next to Questions in the left panel.
Select a question type from the dropdown:
Question Type | Description |
Contact Info | Collect contact details from respondents. |
Yes / No | Simple binary question. |
Multiple Choice | Select one or more options. |
Dropdown | Single selection from a dropdown list. |
Number | Numeric input field. |
Short Answer (Text) | Free text response. |
Net Promoter Score (NPS®) | Measure likelihood to recommend. |
Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) (New) | Measure customer satisfaction. |
Scale | Rate on a sliding scale. |
Embed Settings (Embedded surveys only)
Under the Settings tab, configure embedding options:
Embed Type — Choose between Button or Popup Window.
Size — Small, Medium, or Large.
Position — Select where the survey appears on the page.
Popup Window Style — Customize the popup appearance.
Font Style — Set the font.
Corner Shape — Adjust border radius.
Saving and Publishing
Click Save to save the survey as a draft.
Click Publish to make the survey live and start collecting responses.
Use the preview icon (eye icon) to preview the survey before publishing.
