What is Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?

2FA is a security measure that adds an extra step to the standard login process, requiring users to verify their identity through a second method after entering their email and password. This protects accounts from unauthorized access.

What verification methods does Lucidya support?

Lucidya supports three methods: Email verification, SMS verification (as a paid add-on), and Authenticator App verification. Email and Authenticator App are available on all packages.

How long is a verification code valid?

Verification codes expire after 5 minutes. You can use the Resend Code option once the countdown timer runs out.

Is SMS verification available on all packages?

No, SMS verification is a paid add-on that requires a specific package. Company Admins can request it directly from the 2FA configuration panel.

Who can enable 2FA in Lucidya?

Company Admins can enable it organization-wide, and any individual user can enable it independently from their Profile Settings.
