✅ How to Reach Customer Support and Use Resources via Intercom

We’ve launched a new and faster way to contact Lucidya’s support team directly from inside the platform. You can now report issues, suggest features, track tickets, ask questions, and explore resources — all from one place.

🔹 What You Can Do with Intercom:

  • Chat with our support team or AI assistant

  • Report a problem or issue by creating a support ticket

  • Suggest a new feature to the product team

  • Browse articles in the Knowledge Hub

  • Stay up to date with product news and updates

  • Track the status of your open tickets and respond to them

🧭 How to Use It:

1. Click “Chat to us” on the main screen

Find it on the bottom-right corner of your screen.

2. Choose the type of help you need

When the window opens, you'll see these options:

  • “Ask a Question” to speak with the bot or support team

  • “Report an Issue” to submit a support ticket

  • “Suggest a Feature” to share your ideas with our product team

3. Track Your Tickets

Click on the “Messages” tab to follow up on any open tickets or check previous responses.

4. Browse Resources and Updates

Use the “Help” section to find articles and FAQs.

Go to the “News” tab for the latest product updates.

📌 Tips:

Provide clear and detailed descriptions when submitting a ticket or suggestion

Check the Knowledge Hub first—your question might already be answered

You can return to Intercom at any time to track requests or ask new ones
