What is the "Needs Attention" feature on the main page?

The "Needs Attention" element on the main page displays critical tasks or matters that need immediate action from specific team members, such as managers or relevant members, to ensure smooth operations and avoid disruptions.

Benefits and Importance:

  1. Focuses Attention: Highlights critical tasks that require immediate attention, preventing any delays or oversights.

  2. Organization and Prioritization: Helps organize and prioritize tasks, making decision-making easier and speeding up work completion.

  3. Collaboration and Coordination: Enhances communication and collaboration between team members, contributing to smoother project management.

  4. Achieving Goals: Keeps the team focused on meeting defined goals within the set timeframe, leading to positive outcomes.

How to Use the "Needs Attention" Cards:

  • When you go to one of the cards, you will see the username of the person who needs to perform the task on the card.

  • Note: There are two types of cards:

    • Assigned to a specific user: This card is directed to a specific user to perform a specific task, with their username clearly stated.

    • Can be handled by multiple people: This card shows a task that can be performed by several people, such as managers or those who created the screen or channel.

  • Press the card, and you will be directed to the task page where you can follow the required steps and complete the action efficiently.

Tasks in the "Needs Attention" Section:

  1. Re-authenticate a Company Account

    • Who needs to perform it: Specific user

    • Steps:

      1. Click on the card.

      2. You will be directed to Settings < Manage Accounts < Company Accounts.

      3. If the account is available, click the "three dots" icon at the end of the row with the account ID and click "Re-authenticate."

      4. If the account is not available, add it from "+Company Account."

  2. Login to a Company Account

    • Who needs to perform it: Specific user

    • Steps:

      1. Click on the card.

      2. You will be directed to Settings < Manage Accounts < Company Accounts.

      3. If the account is available, click the "three dots" icon at the end of the row with the account ID and click "Re-authenticate."

      4. If the account is not available, add it from "+Company Account."

  3. Verify Permissions and Re-authenticate Company Account

    • Who needs to perform it: Specific user

    • Steps:

      1. Click on the card.

      2. You will be directed to Settings < Manage Accounts < Company Accounts.

      3. If the account is available, click the "three dots" icon at the end of the row with the account ID and click "Re-authenticate."

      4. If the account is not available, add it from "+Company Account."

  4. Re-authenticate a User Account

    • Who needs to perform it: Specific user

    • Steps:

      1. Click on the card.

      2. You will be directed to Settings < Manage Accounts < User Accounts.

      3. If the account is available, click the "three dots" icon at the end of the row with the account ID and click "Re-authenticate."

      4. If the account is not available, add it from "+User Account."

  5. Resume a Paused Channel

    • Who needs to perform it: Manager or Channel Creator

    • Steps:

      1. Click on the card.

      2. You will be directed to OmniServe < Manage Channels.

      3. Click the "three dots" icon at the end of the row with the channel name, then click "Resume."

  6. Resume a Paused Screen

    • Who needs to perform it: Manager or Screen Creator

    • Steps:

      1. Click on the card.

      2. You will be directed to OmniServe < Manage Channels.

      3. Click the "three dots" icon at the end of the row with the screen name, then click "Resume Monitoring."

  7. Request an Upgrade for a Product

    • Who needs to perform it: Manager

    • Steps:

      1. Click on the card.

      2. You will be directed to Settings < Subscription.

      3. Click "Request Upgrade" for the product where you have exceeded the limit.
