🏢 Managing Company Settings

As an admin, you can configure general company settings that apply to all users in your organization, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience with Lucidya's products.

⚙️ Accessing Company Settings

To access the company settings page:

  1. Log in to your Lucidya account. You must have Manager permission for the General Settings module.

  2. Click the ⚙️ Settings icon at the bottom of the left sidebar.

  3. Click "Company" under the "General" section in the settings page.

🏢 Company Information

In the "Company Info" section, you can set the following:

  • Company Name: Enter your company name to display it for all users in this organization.

  • Company Time Zone: Select your time zone to ensure accurate timestamps in reports and all date and time data.

🌐 Custom Domain for Surveys

  • This feature is available for Lucidya's Survey product. It allows you to publish surveys directly to your custom domain.

  • You can add and activate your company's custom domain so respondents see the survey as part of your official website branding.

Adding Domain Details

To add and activate your company's custom domain:

  1. Click the “Add Domain” button.

  2. Enter your company's custom domain in the “Domain Name” field and click “Add”.

  3. An activation popup will appear. Access your website host provider's settings, enter the TXT and CNAME records:

    1. TXT Fields:

      1. Copy the Hostname pre-validation TXT name and paste it in your host provider's DNS page as a TXT name.

      2. Copy the Hostname pre-validation TXT value and paste it in your host provider's DNS page as a TXT value.

    2. CNAME Fields:

      1. Copy the CNAME key and paste it in your host provider's DNS page as a CNAME key.

      2. Copy the CNAME value and paste it in your host provider's DNS page as a CNAME value.

  4. Then, return to Lucidya and refresh the page to view the domain status.
