The Instagram Hashtags Manager lets you track and manage hashtags across your connected Instagram Business accounts, monitor their status, and link them to keyword monitors.
Accessing Instagram Hashtags
Log in to your Lucidya account.
Go to Settings.
Under Product Settings, click Instagram Hashtags.
Understanding the Dashboard
The top of the page shows a live summary of your hashtags:
IG Business Account — Number of connected Instagram Business accounts.
Total Hashtags — All hashtags added across accounts.
Active Hashtags — Hashtags currently being tracked.
Inactive Hashtags — Hashtags no longer tracking.
Registering Hashtags — Hashtags pending activation.
De-Registering Hashtags — Hashtags in the removal process (ETA shown in days).
Filtering Hashtags by Status
Use the Status dropdown to filter the list by:
Registering — Hashtag is being activated.
Active — Hashtag is live and tracking.
Hashtag Not Found — Instagram could not find the hashtag.
De-Registering — Hashtag is being removed.
Inactive — Hashtag has been deactivated.
Deleting a Hashtag
To remove a hashtag, click the delete icon at the end of its row.
