How to Set Up Branding on Lucidya (FAQs)

Branding settings help you maintain a consistent visual identity across your exported reports. Here are answers to the most common questions about setting up and managing your Branding preferences.

What does the Branding feature control?

Branding settings allow you to customize how your PowerPoint Reports and PowerPoint Exports look by configuring your logo, font, and color scheme.

Where can I find the Branding settings?

Navigate to Settings from the main menu, then click on Branding.

What branding elements can I configure?

You can configure three elements: your logo, your preferred font, and your color scheme. The color scheme includes a primary color, a secondary color, and a background color.

What is the difference between the Primary, Secondary, and Background colors?

The primary color is the main color applied across key elements in your exports. The secondary color complements the primary and supports the overall design. The background color is applied to the overall background of your workspace exports.

Can I preview my branding before applying it?

Yes. Once you have configured your preferences, you can use the preview to see how your branding will look before it is applied to your reports and exports.

Will my branding settings apply to all exports?

Your branding configuration applies specifically to PowerPoint Reports and PowerPoint Exports generated from the platform.

Keep your branding up to date to ensure every export reflects your organization's visual identity.
