Broadcast TV & Radio Monitors in Lucidya allow you to track and analyze spoken content from TV and radio channels using keyword-based search across supported regions and languages.
Before You Begin
The Broadcast TV & Radio option appears as a source within the Keywords monitor type. Make sure the Broadcast TV & Radio package is enabled for your tenant. If you do not see it, contact your account manager.
Step 1: Monitor Information
Open Monitors from the left sidebar.
Click + New Monitor.
Select Keywords from the monitor type cards.
Enter a Monitor Name (required) and an optional Description.
Step 2: Configure Broadcast TV & Radio
From the list of social media sources, check Broadcast TV & Radio to expand its settings.
Enter at least one keyword in the Keywords field. These are the terms the monitor will search for across broadcast content.
Optionally, enter Spam Keywords to exclude posts containing unwanted terms.
Under Conditions (Optional), you can narrow results further using:
Channel Locations — filter by the country of the channel.
Languages — filter by broadcast language.
Select one or more channels from the TV & Radio Channels field (required).
Adding conditions will reduce the volume of results returned.
Step 3: Auto Summary Widget (Optional)
You can enable the Summary By Luci widget to automatically generate AI-powered summaries of the data on your monitor page. This is optional and can be enabled or disabled at any time.
Step 4: Create the Monitor
Click Create Monitor. You will be redirected to the monitor page and data collection will begin according to the platform's collection schedule.
