The Homepage is your central starting point after logging in. It gives you a personalized snapshot of your account, highlights items that need attention, and provides quick access to products, notifications, and support.
Getting Started
Log in to your Lucidya account.
You will be automatically directed to the Homepage. You can return to it at any time by clicking the Lucidya logo in the top-left corner.
Homepage Sections
1. Header Displays a personalized welcome message with your name and profile picture.
2. Needs Attention Flags items in your account that require action, including:
Paused monitors that are no longer collecting data.
Authentication or login errors.
Monitors that have reached their social account limit.
3. Notifications Shows your most recent alerts.
Click View on any notification card to go directly to the relevant item.
4. Get Started Highlights key Lucidya features with short descriptions.
Click Explore on any card to visit the Knowledge Base and learn more about that feature.
5. Lucidya Suite Displays all Lucidya products. Subscribed products are highlighted; others are greyed out.
Click Learn More to read about a product, or Request Demo to get in touch with the team.
6. Reports Shows your next scheduled report. Click View Reports List to manage all your reports.
