How to Navigate the Lucidya Homepage (FAQs)

The Homepage brings everything you need into one place. Here are answers to the most common questions about navigating and using it.

How do I get to the Homepage?

You are automatically directed to the Homepage after logging in. You can also return to it at any time by clicking the logo in the top-left corner.

What does the Needs Attention section show?

It flags account items that require your action, such as paused monitors, authentication errors, or monitors that have reached their social account limit.

How do I act on a notification?

Click View on any notification card to be taken directly to the relevant item in your account.

What is the Get Started section for?

It highlights key platform features with brief descriptions. Clicking Explore on any card takes you to the Knowledge Base where you can learn more about that feature.

How do I know which products I am subscribed to?

In the Lucidya Suite section, your subscribed products are highlighted. Products you are not subscribed to appear greyed out, with options to learn more or request a demo.

Where can I find my scheduled reports from the Homepage?

The Reports section shows your next scheduled report. Click View Details to view and manage all your reports.

What support options are available from the Homepage?

The Need Help? section provides quick access to the Knowledge Base and a live chat option via Chat With Us.
