How to Create a Survey

To create a new survey, follow these steps:

Step 1: Access the Surveys Section

  1. From the top menu, select "Surveys."

  2. Click on the "+ New Survey" button.


Step 2: Enter the Survey Name

  1. A pop-up window will appear prompting you to enter the survey name.

    • This name is for internal use only and will not be visible to participants or customers.

  2. After entering the name, click "Create" to proceed to the new survey screen.


Step 3: Set Up the Survey

  1. Add the Survey Title and Description:

    • Enter the survey title that participants will see.

    • Add a description to clarify the purpose of the survey.

  2. Add Your First Question:

    • Click the "+" button in the right-hand menu to add a question.

    • Choose from the following question types:

      • Contact Information Questions: Pre-configured questions for collecting contact details.

      • Yes/No Questions: For simple, specific answers.

      • Multiple-Choice Questions: To present participants with several options.

      • Dropdown List: For selecting an answer from a predefined list.

      • Number Questions: To input numerical values or quantities.

      • Text Response Questions: For open-ended answers.

      • Net Promoter Score (NPS): To measure customer satisfaction.

      • Rating Scale Questions: To evaluate an experience or product on a specific scale.


Step 4: Customize Question Settings

  • For each added question, use the Questions Settings on the left to:

    • Add explanations or hints for better understanding.

    • Mark the question as mandatory if it’s essential to gather complete responses.
