How to Manage Profiles

A guide to managing customer profiles in Lucidya's CDP — covering the Profiles List, filtering and exporting profiles, organizing contacts into segments, and bulk importing profiles using the Excel template.

Accessing Profiles

Filtering Profiles

  • Data Sources

  • Gender

  • Category

  • Themes

  • Dialects

  • Sub Dialects

Click Apply to apply filters, or Clear to reset them.

Exporting Profiles

To export the profiles list, click Export in the top right corner.

Segments

The Segments section allows you to organize your audience into groups based on shared characteristics for more targeted analysis.

Segments are created and managed from this section and can be assigned to profiles in the Profiles List.
