A Live Dashboard provides a real-time view of your monitor data, updated continuously and shareable with your team or stakeholders. Each user can create one Live Dashboard per monitor.
Before You Begin
Only users with permissions to create, edit, pause, resume, and delete dashboards can manage Live Dashboards. View-only users can view dashboards but cannot create or edit them.
Step 1: Open the Create Live Dashboard Flow
There are two entry points:
From the Monitors List, open the actions menu for the relevant monitor and select Create Live Dashboard.
From the Monitor screen, click the Create Live Dashboard button in the header.
Both entry points open the same creation flow.
Step 2: Introduce Live Dashboard
A welcome modal appears introducing the Live Dashboard feature. Click Create Live Dashboard to proceed to the setup screen.
Step 3: Dashboard Setup
Enter a Dashboard Name (required, up to 100 characters).
Select an Access Level:
Private — visible only to you.
Team — shared with your team/workspace.
Public — visible to all users with dashboard access. Selecting Public reveals an additional Date Range field to define the data window displayed.
Step 4: Select Widgets
The widget library is organized into tabs by monitor section:
Account Widgets
Engagement Insights Widgets
Topics Widgets
Posts Widgets
Engagements Widgets
Questions Widgets
Select one or more widgets from any tab. Multi-selection across tabs is supported. You must select at least one widget to proceed. Each selected widget appears in a preview list before saving.
Step 5: Create the Live Dashboard
Click Create Dashboard. A success confirmation screen appears and you are automatically redirected to the new Live Dashboard.
After creation:
The dashboard appears in the Dashboards list, linked to the monitor.
Widgets can be reordered on the dashboard.
Share links are available for internal and public dashboards.
The number of views is visible on the dashboard.
The dashboard can be edited or deleted from the dashboard management controls.
All creation, editing, and deletion actions are logged in User Activity History and the Activity Log under Settings.
