Who can create and edit dashboards?

Only users with the appropriate permissions can create, edit, pause, resume, and delete dashboards. View-only users can access and view dashboards but cannot create or edit them.

What is the starting point for creating any dashboard?

Both Aggregate and Custom Dashboards start from the same place. Navigate to Dashboards from the left sidebar, click New Dashboard, enter a dashboard name, and select the dashboard type.

What is the difference between an Aggregate Dashboard and a Custom Dashboard when creating one?

An Aggregate Dashboard combines data from multiple monitors into a unified view. A Custom Dashboard lets you select specific monitors and build a tailored widget layout based on your analytical needs.

What steps are required to add sources to a Custom Dashboard?

After selecting the Custom Dashboard type, choose a data source type, then select the product — Social Listening for Public Reviews monitors or Managed Channels for channel-based monitors — and then select the monitors or channels to include. Widget options load automatically based on your selections.

Can monitors from Social Listening and Managed Channels be included together in one dashboard?

When creating a Custom Dashboard, the product is selected per data source — either Social Listening or Managed Channels — and the relevant monitors or channels are then chosen for each.
