What are Themes and what are they used for?
Themes allow you to categorize and organize your data using color-coded labels. Each theme can be powered by manually added keywords or defined automatically using AI.
How do I access the Themes section?
From the platform home page, click on the three-dot menu (...) and select Themes.
What information is required when creating a new theme?
Four fields are required: a color to represent the theme, an English label, an Arabic label, and a theme type.
What is the difference between Keyword Themes and AI Themes?
Keyword Themes let you manually define your theme by adding up to 50 keywords. AI Themes let you describe your label in no more than 300 characters and allow the AI to define the theme automatically. You can also add up to 10 keywords to refine the AI results further.
Can I customize the color assigned to a theme?
Yes. When selecting a color, you can either choose from the available preset options or customize your own color.
Can I add keywords to an AI Theme?
Yes. While the AI defines the theme based on your description, you can optionally add up to 10 keywords to help refine and improve the results.
