When creating a new AI agent, you need to fill in the following fields under the "Basic Information" section to ensure the agent is set up correctly:
1. AI Agent Name
Used internally to distinguish between AI agents performing different functions.
Examples:
Welcome Agent.
Loans Agent.
Checkbooks Agent.
2. AI Agent Nickname (Displayed Name)
The name that will appear to customers during conversations.
Note:
If the nickname customization toggle is disabled, the agent's displayed name will default to the "AI Agent Name" field.
3. AI Agent Avatar
An avatar image to represent the agent in conversations.
Default Option:
If no custom image is uploaded, a default avatar will be used.
4. AI Agent Interaction Type
Each AI agent is assigned to handle a specific type of Omniserve.
Examples include:
Direct Messages
Comments/Mentions
