AI Agent Settings

Pre-Setup Requirements

To ensure the AI agent runs smoothly and efficiently, the company must install the 'AI Agent' package. Make sure the following elements are available for a seamless experience:

  1. Authorized User in the Omniserve Product

    • The user must have either Agent or Team Lead permissions to access all features.

  2. Access to the Inbox

    • Ensure the user has access to the Inbox in the Omniserve section to manage conversations easily.

  3. Well-Prepared Channel

    • A properly set up channel must be in place to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.

  4. AI Agent Team Lead Permission

    • Only users with Team Lead permission in the AI Agent can create and modify AI agents.


Opening the AI Agent

To start using the AI Agent, follow these simple steps:

  1. Access the Omniserve Product

    • Open the Omniserve Product from the main menu.

  2. Go to the Inbox

    • Click on Inbox, then navigate to the AI Agent tab.

  3. Explore AI Agents

    • A list of available AI Agents in the company will be displayed, allowing you to easily review and take appropriate actions.


These settings ensure efficient management and operation of the AI Agent, providing seamless integration and improved customer Omniserve.
