👤 What is the difference between Manager, Moderator, and Viewer roles?

  1. Manager: Has full access to all features within a product, including creating, editing, deleting, and exporting data.

  2. Moderator: Has limited access with restrictions on certain critical actions like deleting dashboards or editing other users' content.

  3. Viewer: Has read-only access and cannot make any modifications to the product settings or data.

✅ Can I customize permissions for specific team members?

Yes, you can assign different permission levels to team members based on their roles and responsibilities. Use the advanced permissions settings to fine-tune access to specific features like OmniServe tabs, saved replies management, and tags management.

🚫 What happens if a user tries to access a feature they don't have permission for?

If a user attempts to access a feature or perform an action they don't have permission for, they will either see a restricted view or receive a notification indicating they lack the necessary permissions. Contact your account administrator to request access.

☑️ How do I change a team member's role or permissions?

To change a team member's role or permissions, navigate to the General Settings section, select Users, find the team member, and update their assigned role or advanced permissions accordingly.

👨‍💼 What is the "Team Leader" role in AI Agent and OmniServe?

The Team Leader role has full access to all features within AI Agent and OmniServe. This includes the ability to create, edit, pause, resume AI Agents, and access all OmniServe settings and tabs.

⚙️ Can Moderators export data from surveys or engagements?

No, Moderators cannot export surveys in the Survey product. However, for engagements, you need to enable the Export All Engagements permission under advanced permissions for them to export engagement data.
